Order Change Protocol

While status is "Confirmed"

Request cancellation via Track & Support before your order moves to "Packed." Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.

After packing begins

Once packets are picked and labelled for your order, changes are usually not possible. You may refuse delivery; spoilage and return freight may reduce any refund.

COD account standing

Three or more COD refusals without valid reason within 90 days may temporarily suspend COD on your account.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days. Bank and UPI settlement times vary by provider.
